Working on your glutes is definitely worth the effort, and not just for the ladies who cite it as their problem spot. The regular performance of exercises that strengthen your glutes will lift and tone the entire area and is a big confidence booster for many of us.

Increasing flexibility, strength and eventually range in the gluteal and hip area provides stability for the lower back, knee joint and ankle joint, common hotspots for pain and injury.
So how do we isolate and activate the glutes? Try adding these three exercises to your training.
