I’m passionate about helping all types of people reach their health and fitness goals. I specialize in fat loss, body recomposition and women’s health. As a mother of two young boys, I have a keen interest in women’s health at all stages; from youth to pregnancy, to menopause, and all the challenges and joys each stage brings. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness including exercise, nutrition and mindset to get the best outcome for a 360 healthy lifestyle.
