Throw these ingredients together and pop in the fridge overnight and you’ll have a delicious snack to look forward to at work the next day. This superfood-packed pudding would also make a delicious breakfast.
Ingredients (to serve 1)
1/2 cup reduced fat milk
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
8 raw almonds, roughly chopped
1) In a container, combine milk, blueberries, chia seeds and honey. Cover and pop in the fridge overnight, or for at least a few hours.
2) When ready to eat, mix in almonds. Enjoy!
