In 2017 meditation and mindfulness became a huge part of my life with amazing benefits.
Like many of us, before adopting a meditation practice I was regularly stressed and anxious and found it difficult to be present with everyday tasks and family.
During September and October, I completed a four week workshop called Let It In with Guy Lawrence. I noticed my ability to observe thoughts rather than just acting upon them or getting stuck on them. My behaviour around my kids became calmer and more in control. I found myself hungry to keep going with my meditation practice.
The process was incredibly liberating and it’s become a part of my daily routine.
