1 cup rolled oats
1 cup reduced fat milk
1 Granny Smith apple, grated
1/3 cup roughly chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sultanas or dried cranberries
2 tablespoons reduced fat Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon shredded coconut
Blueberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries to serve
1) Pour oats and milk into a bowl. Cover with cling wrap and pop in the fridge to soak overnight.
2) In the morning, add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and combine. Top with berries to serve. This should give you about 3 servings, depending on how hungry you are in the morning!
