We’re so excited to launch our next challenge, starting next Monday 16th February! The ReBoot Challenge is all about resetting your habits and getting educated on how to create a body and life you love.
This is 8 weeks to get down to business with your health, drop body fat, and fine tune your machine for success. It is not a program that you follow to the tee for a couple of months to lose weight, only to revert back to what you were doing before. We will be coaching you towards habits that will set you up for success with you health for life.
We’ll provide you with the tools you need to:
- Clean up your diet
- Upgrade your training
- Reset your habits
- Optimise your mindset for achievement
We would love all our clients to participate in the challenge, so current New Image clients will receive complimentary access to the challenge.
Over the next week, your trainer will be asking you to set some new goals and complete an assessment.
